  2. Hey Amber, I'm a Weight Watcher. In Weight Watchers, we count points instead of calories. The points for foods are formulated by the nutritional content of them. You can read more about the Weight Watchers PointsPlus (P+) program here: http://www.weightwatchers.com/plan/apr/index.aspx

    Oh, and when I still lived in Des Moines I attended meetings. Now I just do it online. I plan to start meetings again after I move East.
