What kind of routine do you have for weights? I have some free weights at my house, but I have little to no idea how to effectively use them. I did download a good arms workout on WW, but otherwise I'm kind of lost. Ha ha.

Well, I use the machines at the gym. My old trainer had use work both upper and lower body at the same time. So while I would be on my stomach doing hamstring pulls, I'd also be using free weights to do row pulls. It's so hard to describe. I just try to always be doing something during weights, if I'm "resting" one thing, I hope onto another machine and work something else. Takes less time and keeps your heart rate up.
