- Yes, I eat things like this all the time! But, I use skim milk, whipped butter, and 97% fat free ground turkey in the recipes to lighten them up. This same recipe would be 18 P+ made how the box suggests. Also, the carbs are lower in meals like these than if I made something similar from scratch plus the protein makes them very filling. Bonus? They're cheap :D
