Keeping It Real Challenge - Wednesday 7.20.11 Stats

Meds? Yes
8HG? No.  Awful day.
Activity: None.  Awful day.
P+ consumed: No idea.  Awful day.
Weekly P+ remaining: Absolutely sure I'm in the negative.  Did I mention it was an awful day?
Something Fun: Um, that the day is over?!  No, the funnest part about Wednesday was having lunch with my friend Kellie...we both needed to blow off some creative steam and started making up super hero names for our co-workers.  Much hilarity followed.

Breakfast:
2 Sara Lee 45 Calorie Bread Slices (2 P+)
Low Sugar Grape Jelly (1 P+)
Skippy Reduced Fat PB (4 P+)
Coffee (0 P+)
Fat Free Half and Half (2 P+)
Banana (0 P+)

Lunch:
Bunch of crap at Taco John's.  I seriously didn't even think about points - I needed to get away from work THAT MUCH.

Snack:
Donut Hole Kebab - no idea on points either, however it was super adorable.
Things are just more fun on sticks.

Dinner:
Pizza and Beer.  Beer and Pizza.  No points data.  Didn't care - just keeping it real with you.

Treat:
I think everything I ate was a treat.
  • Wednesday is a perfect example of how sometimes...we all just need a day off.  I was having a pretty awful day (did I mention that?) and I just didn't care (did you gather that?).  My goal to the entire day was just to get home, shower, read, blog, and sleep.  I think the combo of heat, crap continuously breaking-down at work, a dumbass supervisor who will remain nameless, and just feeling effing ugly right now got to me.  I get two days off in a row...it's almost like a real weekend!
