Checking in...so far, so...eh. Not the best weekend, but it's okay. Can't really do anything about it, so I'm just going to have to get back within my points the rest of the week and try to get in some APs.
I set a realistic (for me) goal of running 18 miles this week. I have 3.55 down and am (as I'm writing this) getting ready to head out for a 4 miler (yes, at 8 in the morning - who am I?!). It's insanely hot this week (it's warmer in Okoboji than in Des Moines - that never happens!) so instead of running outside, I'm going to hit the treadmill. I don't particularly feel like getting heat stroke.
I'm working on a post about anchors, but wanted to know if any of my readers have some already or have any questions about them. Please leave your thoughts, if you have any, for me to read through and incorporate.
