WLJ Weekend Update: 6.2.12 (Rambling...)

Oh, hey, you're still here?

Me too.

Honestly.

I'm around, I've just been doing other things...you know, finals, moving, vacationing, and the like.

I currently have no idea what my weight is. And, I'm okay with it. I feel good and that's what is most important - I'm sleeping for the first time in weeks and I don't feel "puffy" or "gross" or anything. My clothes all still fit pretty well and I'm having no problems running, so I'm guessing if I've gained anything at all it has been very minimal.

Which brings up running - I ran for the first time outside in well over a year and it felt fantastic. I assumed my time would suck, but I actually ran pretty decently (for me) despite the new terrain (CT is hillier than Iowa).

Oh, you probably also have noticed that I'm back to posting on Saturdays. Honestly, Saturdays work better for me, so I'm just going to stick with what works. I don't have time to weigh myself and note everything during the week, so I'm not going to try to force myself.

So, simple goals for the week:
  • Run 12 miles (I'd say more, but there are two days in there where I will be traveling)
  • Track 5 days
  • Remember to take all my pills (I'm still adjusting to not living with vampires)
Sorry for such a disjointed and rambling post, I'm still trying to adjust to not being a stressed out mess and for some reason it's making me a little loony!
