Additional Thoughts: So...this is why I need to track. It works-duh. I may still hit my goal of being 137 before I move! Feels great to lose 3.2 pounds this week.I forgot when I posted yesterday that I worked last night, so I didn't get my review done. But it WILL happen tonight.
Also, good news: received notice that I will get my fabulous new running shoes on Thursday! I'll have time to break them in before I fly out! Whoop, whoop!
