Okay, I'm fully aware that I've been sucking it in regards to my weight loss the last couple months. I wrote about how I've been struggling with some depression and such, but things are finally starting to fall into place. Because...
On Wednesday I learned that I'm in my graduate school program!
Which means I now have a little more than 6 weeks until I move to NYC. OMGosh, I have sooooo much to do, but I also want to get back on the wagon with my running as well as Weight Watchers (which is announcing some new changes to the P+ program soon...hmmm...).
I always feel better when I have a solid deadline. It makes planning so much easier!
So, along with interviewing roommates, finding a part-time job, and organizing a cross-country move, why not do a tracking challenge? I always say that the busier I am, the more I get done, so let's do it!
I think I'll call it the "With Bells On" challenge. It will last until January 10th, my estimated day of departure.
For anyone who may be new to my challenges (although I can't think of anyone who would be) here is the format I follow:
Monday/Thursday Weight: instead of weighing everyday, I'm only going to weigh myself on Mondays and Thursdays. It's the holidays and I don't want to go crazy.
Meds? Whether I took my pills or not.
Activity: Whatever I did for exercise, plus the P+ value.
APs earned WTD: How many activity points I've earned in the week.
P+ consumed: Total points consumed.
Weekly P+ remaining: what, if any, weekly points I have left
Something Fun: One thing that was awesome about the day. No matter how small.
NYC Move: Something I did to get The Move moving along.

I'm so glad you finally have a "move" date. It must be a bit of a relief, even with all the work that comes in the meantime. I hope I can see you before you take off for the bright lights.
