For those of you just joining me on my WLJ, here is the general format I follow for my challenges along with my start weight:
Start Weight: 142.8
Meds? yes/no - whether or not I took my meds as prescribed the day beforeActivity: what I did and number of Activity Points+ I earned the previous day.
APs earned WTD: How many Activity Points+ I've earned during my WW week.
P+ consumed: How many P+ I ate the previous day
Weekly P+ remaining: How many weekly flex points+ I have remaining for the week (side note, I eat all my weekly points every week).
Something Fun: I make a concerted effort to see the good in each day, so I'll write a good or fun or positive thing about the previous day.
NYC Move: Since this is a big part of my life right now, and knowing I have to tell someone else what I'm doing to make the move happen will motivate me to just get it done, I'll post whatever I did regarding my move here.

- Also, I have two friends, Brea and Micah, who will be joining me in this little challenge. I'm not sure how frequently they will post, or what they will post about, but they are going to get Teeny by Halloweeny with me!
- Just a reminder: my goal is to be 137 by Halloween, so 5.8 pounds in 5 weeks. Completely doable.
