Not my best week for sure...not bad though either. I ran just under 20 miles, I did about 60 minutes of weight training, and I hula hooped. The week was the last in a long series of overwhelming work weeks - starting this week my hours go back down, and I'm ecstatic. I don't mind working, but I don't particularly want to kill myself either. Also, when I'm exhausted I'm generally just a little more bitchy. And I don't like being bitchy.
Anyways, New Stats:
I gained .6 pounds this week - eh, whatever. I wasn't super strict in tracking the first half of the week, so I'm not entirely surprised. I'm also PMSing H.A.R.D right now, so that's probably part of it as well.
