Just bouncing this idea off your heads - I'm thinking of renaming my blog. When I named it "Something I'm Working On..." I had intended on it being about my crafts and photography and writing. I was also in a crazy SATC phase (okay, I still am) and Carrie says that towards the end of the first movie and it had stuck with me. I'm not sure it really fits with what the blog is about now - my weight loss journey and fitness adventures. I'm also not sure its "colorful" enough for me.
I have a couple of ideas for new titles...let me know what you think. Also, if you have ideas, I'm open to suggestions!
"Do You Have This in a Smaller Size?"

"Do You Have This in a Smaller Size?"
- As much as I don't like to focus on just the shallow part of weight-loss, let's be real: most women love the moment when they can go down a size when shopping. Who doesn't dream of that moment when you are in the fitting room and the attendant asks you how you like the dress and you can yell (knowing full well the entire store can hear you) "The dress is lovely, but I need a size 6!"
- For some reason, I refuse to wear normal colored running shoes (or in any shoes for that matter) and receive lots of complements on my athletic footwear. I actually overheard another regular at the YMCA I frequent refer to me with this title. I heart it!
- These are the fabulous shoes I'm wearing right now: Saucony Women's ProGrid Kinvara 2
- I'm seriously thinking about logging what I eat every day (like I did the month before my birthday) and more regular event. This title would show this - I'm not sold on doing this yet though, only reservation is that I wasn't able to write in my own voice very well due to the format I used. If I can tweak it so its readable without being boring, I might just do it.
I love my running shoes too. Gives me more motivation to want to put them on and get out on the road. I have Nike Lunarglides right now. Love them.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of running, if you're still in IA in October and want to run a 5K, I'm doing one here in SL (8th) and also the Race for the Cure in Des Moines (22nd). Let me know if you want to join me.
I'll still be here, I'm moving the last week in October. What are the fees?
