30 Days of Truth, Day Thirty: A Love Letter

Dear Me -

How do I love thee, let me count the ways:

I love when you make up words to songs.
I love your ability to see heaven in an animal's eyes.
I love your perseverance.
I love the way you sing and dance when you cook.
I love how you close your eyes and savor the first bite of every meal.
I love how you know irregardless isn't a word.
I love that you know how to layer jewelry without looking overdone.
I love your scars and stretchmarks because you earned every one.
I love your puns and one-liners.
I love that you have a loud laugh that you share with your family.
I love how you know when it is best just to listen.
I love how people forget that you are shy after they get to know you.
I love that you can "read" people.
I love how body language is something you speak fluently.
I love your ability to mix patterns in an outfit without looking silly.
I love that you can feel the soul in a second-hand item.
I love how you love the smell of the library.
I love that you still look at clouds and see shapes in them.
I love how you never give up on yourself.
I love that you are most turned on by men with brains and humor.
I love that you realize the strongest trees also have the deepest roots.
I love how you see yourself as a strong tree with  deep roots.
I love that you read your horoscope every day, but don't live by it.
I love how you aren't superstitious but still knock on wood.
I love that you can sew a button and hem a skirt.
I love that you can change a tire.
I love your contradictions.
I love your appreciation for all things vintage.
I love that you're short but the shoes you feel sexiest in are ballet flats.
I love your intolerance for bigotry and bullying.
I love your creative intelligence.
I love that you know you are still learning.
I love that you know you can love others while still loving yourself.
"I don't like myself, I'm CRAZY about myself!"
