  • On my very first post of this series, I told y'all how I eat ALL of my weekly points.  Well, I try not to eat them on Thursday or Fridays since I officially weigh-in on Saturdays, but I had lots of them left yesterday.  Thus, I forced myself to eat the extra 10 points last night.  That's right, I forced myself to eat the ice cream and pizza rolls (file this under "First World Problems").  I'm not sure how I feel about it.  On one hand, since I eat to live instead of live to eat, I know that I need to eat all those points in order to sustain my exercise habits.  On the other hand, I don't necessarily think it's healthy to eat when you're not hungry because it teaches you to ignore your hunger signals.  But, I didn't wake up starving this morning or with super low blood sugar (both of which are the norm for me) so maybe eating a late night snack is good for me.  I'll continue to play with this.
