Something Fun: I had another good day.  Very relaxing...even having a migraine didn't get me down!  I was just grateful for the day.

Breakfast:
2 Casey's Donuts (10 P+)

Fat Free Half and Half (2 P+)

Lunch:
1 Slice Casey's Pizza (dunno)
Iced Coffee (2 P+)

Snack:
Cupcake at Arnolds Perk (dunno)

Small Peanut Butter Cup DQ Blizzard (buhahahaha)
  • So, I've decided that this was such a good thing for me that I've decided to continue it for the next three weeks...taking up directly up to my birthday.  I've observed that even on days when I didn't track very well, just the fact I was going to put what I ate up on my blog made me more conscientious of what I was eating.  Also, writing openly about how my weight fluctuates from day-to-day took a lot of the power away from the scale. 
So, here are my to-date results:

Current Weight: 146.2
Weight-loss to date: 85.2
Goal Weight: 139 (new goal)
Pounds to Goal: 7.2

Goals for the week: run 15 miles, plus two sessions of weights/water strengthening/Pilate's.  Track 6 days.  Find the positive in each day.
