- So, I've decided that this was such a good thing for me that I've decided to continue it for the next three weeks...taking up directly up to my birthday. I've observed that even on days when I didn't track very well, just the fact I was going to put what I ate up on my blog made me more conscientious of what I was eating. Also, writing openly about how my weight fluctuates from day-to-day took a lot of the power away from the scale.
